In collaboration with food culture from Indonesia of their special condiment. The purpose of this workshop was to educate our audience who are not aware of the Indonesian spice culture. Adding flavours and texture to each of their likings as it compliments specific dishes. Giving them the experience of taste as a way to inform and expand in Indonesian Spice, there is so much more than just salt and pepper.
